weekendly dosage of bug fix
This Savior of the Homeless update comes with some nice bug fixes and gameplay improvements! :D
Universal Updates:
Jon is no longer a FUCKING ice cube. Standing still will now double your friction, heavily reducing issues with sliding while still. This also applies underwater.
Jon can no longer respond to analog movements. Those are now translated to 8-directional inputs. (This makes playing the whole game with tap jump actually possible.)
Surfaces with Damage/Double Damage properties (and some with killing properties) now respect i-frames. This reduces the amount of annoying max health kills from hazards that were not intended to do so.
Part 1 Updates:
The lava pool after the 5th checkpoint in 1-1 will now instantly kill you upon touch.
Due to movement updates, the spring that bounces you to the 4th checkpoint in 2-1 has been moved back slightly. This is to allow Jon to smoothly move without interruption as previously intended.
